dietician

Graduated from the Semmelweis University Faculty of Medicine in 2015.

During her university studies, she was involved as a volunteer organizer of cooking classes for the autistic as well as hosting health-related events.

Apart from her professional hospital internship, she worked at the Food Allergy Center, where she familiarized herself with countless special - gluten-free, food allergy, diabetic and low protein - foodstuffs as well as gaining practice in preparing dietary dishes and pastries.

In her free time, she regularly goes running, performs cardio workouts and loves dabbling in Hungarian and international cuisine.

“I feel that prevention plays a key role in developing a healthy diet and lifestyle, since it can help avoid or postpone a number of consequences. It is never too late to change.
I feel it's important to use my expertise and preparedness to improve the lifestyle and dietary habits of the people around me. I seek to carry this out in a way which allows for the changes to contribute to the preservation or improvement of health, without putting any burden on the individual.”
