“I feel that prevention plays a key role in developing a healthy diet and lifestyle, since it can help avoid or postpone a number of consequences. It is never too late to change.I feel it's important to use my expertise and preparedness to improve the lifestyle and dietary habits of the people around me. I seek to carry this out in a way which allows for the changes to contribute to the preservation or improvement of health, without putting any burden on the individual.”
